Due to delicate handling all orders are shipped via
FEDEX 3 day, flat rate
Returns:
All returns must have a
Returned Goods Authorization
number (RGA)
before returning. Contact us
via email
info@tesa-hite.com and
include product name,
serial number, date of
purchase, the order and
invoice number and the
reason for the return.
Credit will only be issued
if the equipment is unused
and in new condition with
their original packaging.
A 15% stocking fee will
apply to all returns and
denial of credit if the
equipment is damaged in
anyway. Defective and
damaged equipment
will be covered by the
manufacturers warranty,
which at their option
may repair or replace the
equipment.
Purchase orders:
We accepts purchase
orders from all local state
and federal agencies along
with any person or business
that has an account in good
standing. If you would like
to establish an Open Account
with us fill out the
Open Account application.
Payment:
Open Accounts: Purchase Order
and will be invoiced for Balance 30
days from ship to date.

Late payments will receive a
